Just got a Honda Passport from Interstate Honda and couldn't be happier. I REALLY wanted the brown interior and couldn't find any to view around Seattle - that's what brought me to Chehalis to start with since they had one in the queue. Tyson was the person to meet me and who helped me from my initial questions, kept me up to date with video clips once they actually got one in stock, and he helped me through the entire process. I really appreciate how he did help me while I was still bouncing around options for several days. While en route to camp for the weekend, my partner and I ran over a 6-inch bolt that went through our tire and out the bumper of our CRV hybrid. We had to get towed, and thankfully ended up having the crisis near Interstate Honda. It was a super stressful time, but the folks at Interstate Honda’s service department were phenomenal. They got our vehicle in right away and had the tires replaced in 40 minutes or less. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and at the end of it all they helped us load up our camping gear in the car.
